Bilt Hamber Phat-Neut is an advanced pH-neutral, multi-mode rinseless wash developed to remove real-world traffic film and contamination with cleaning power that goes far beyond what you would normally expect from a pH-neutral cleaner.

Lift-Mode® Technology
Lift-Mode is the normal wet application method for Phat-Neut.
The product uses very low surface tension and lubricious encapsulation to wet, lift and isolate contamination from the vehicle's surface, helping dirt release safely during rinsing or the bucket wash stage.
For normal rinseless washing and general cleaning, Lift-Mode should be used and the product should not be allowed to dry.
Dry-On – For Severe Dirt
One of the most innovative features of Phat-Neut is its optional Dry-On Mode.
Dry-On is specifically designed for heavily soiled exterior surfaces with a continuous, absorbent dirt film, such as:
✔ Heavy winter road film
✔ Very dirty lower panels
✔ Sills
✔ Heavily contaminated wheels
When suitable, Phat-Neut can be applied at the specified concentration and allowed to visibly dry into the heavy dirt film. This keeps the product active within the contamination for longer, helping to lift, loosen and release stubborn traffic film before rinsing.
This is very different from simply allowing a conventional cleaner to dry on your vehicle.
Dry-On is a controlled severe-dirt cleaning function and is NOT a general instruction to allow the product to dry on any surface.
It should not be used on clean or lightly soiled panels, patchy contamination, recently rinsed surfaces, interiors or delicate trim. Always follow Bilt Hamber's instructions and carry out the recommended suitability test before using Dry-On.
Rinseless Washing
Phat-Neut can also be used as a true rinseless bucket wash, making it ideal where access to running water or pressure washing is limited.
For rinseless washing, Bilt Hamber recommends a 0.4% bucket dilution, or 0.5% where additional lubrication is required.
During rinseless washing Phat-Neut should be used in Lift-Mode and should not be allowed to dry.
