1) TOUCH-LESS (Pre-Wash)

Applied at between 0.5% – 2% PIR this bio-degradable sugar-based product provides truly exceptional levels of cleaning of automotive paintwork. Unlike other petrochemical-based cleaners TOUCH-LESS is free-and-easy rinsing, easing the effort of subsequent bucket washes and massively helping post-treatments bond too. TOUCH-LESS also contains corrosion inhibitors. Packed in a 1 litre bottle, contains no phosphates, solvents, NTA, or caustic soda.

TOUCH-LESS may be applied with trigger spray, pump spray, pressure washer, or snow foam lance. The minimum recommended dilution rate should be 0.5% PIR (Panel Impact Ratio) and up to 2% for very dirty vehicles. Where application is through trigger spray or pump spray, the dilution calculation is easy to achieve, however, for application with pressure equipment it is essential to determine the amount of water being delivered to the equipment reservoir.
Step 1
Fill the detergent bottle or reservoir (on machine or lance) up to capacity with plain water. Turn detergent feed to full. Take a large bucket or container and discharge the lance into this, watching the detergent bottle until empty. Once empty, stop.
Step 2
The following calculations will achieve 2% dilution; Measure the total amount collected and multiply this number by 0.02 (Total can be measured in either volume with a measuring jug or by weight) this is the amount of TOUCH-LESS to use.
Step 3
Add the calculated amount from STEP TWO to the pressure-washer reservoir and top up to full with cold water and shake in for a few moments.
Step 4
Apply touchless to entire vehicle or panel by panel. Allow to soak for 1-5 minutes (but never allow to dry). Power-wash off.
It is not necessary to use all diluted touch-less in one wash. One litre of diluted product should last 4-5 washes. Apply to cool panels in shaded conditions. Do not allow this product to dry in use. Keep the bottle neck and lid clean.
2) AUTO-WHEEL (Wheel Cleaner)

Auto-Wheel is a non-acid, non-alkaline alloy wheel cleaner, and in most cases, no agitation is required.
In most cases, steel and alloy wheels are either lacquered or painted. These coatings protect the metallic surface from corrosion and provide attractive finishes to automotive road wheels.
As vehicles brake, the dust generated from pads, discs and drums is at elevated temperatures. Amongst this hot cloud are thousands of hot metallic particles. These bombard the wheel’s finish and effectively embed themselves there. Once lodged these particles are extremely difficult to remove.
Acid-based alloy wheel cleaners attack the metal particles effectively, reducing their size and allowing the particles and clinging dirt to escape. Caustic alloy cleaners are less effective than acid ones on brake dust, but can attack organic coatings such as lacquers and paints on short exposure. They attack any organic matter accumulated around the embedded particles and produce a seemingly clean surface, however with continued use they will dull and diminish the coating, leaving a wheel surface that needs refinishing.

Auto-Wheel’s formulation reacts with the oxidising surface of the metallic particles, rendering it water-soluble. The rapid removal of this microscopically rusted surface reduces the embedded particle size and releases the particles from the surface. Unlike acid-based alloy wheel cleaners, this method is harmless to the wheel’s finish. The reaction can be observed by a rapid colour change from clear to deep red. After a simple hose, rinse down or jetwash, it leaves the wheel spotless. In severe cases, the included wheel brush can be used to assist the process.

Spray Auto-wheel liberally onto your wheels.
Avoid directly spraying the centre caps of the wheels.
Wait for the colour changing reaction, normally 3-5 minutes depending on level of contamination.
Now simply wash the wheel down with a hose or jetwash.
3) Double Speed Wax (Finishing Wax)

TOUCH-ON is a pressure washer, pump-spray, trigger, or bucket applied durable hydrophobic ceramic paint protection treatment that additionally has low-foaming, powerful detergency for most second stage bucket washes so that you can further clean the paint while simultaneously applying protection following TOUCH-LESS cleaning. Once applied, TOUCH-ON has dirt releasing properties too that works in conjunction with TOUCH-LESS in subsequent wash routines to produce superior contactless results. TOUCH-ON is water based, is not flammable nor contains alcohol or petrochemical solvents. Packed in one dose sized 30ml sachets in packs of 10, and 1ltr containers.

Vehicle must be cool and out of direct sunlight. Pre-wash with TOUCH-LESS cleaner to remove dirt or contamination on your paintwork. If further cleaning is required use AUTO-WASH concentrated shampoo and noodle wash mitt.
There are three methods that can be used to apply TOUCH-ON:
Pressure washer:
Add 30ml into washer or lance reservoir, top up to
300ml with clean cool water. Shake well and apply
under pressure to entire vehicle. Immediately rinse
using pressure washer. Dry vehicle with a
microfibre cloth or similar. Alternatively, an air
blower can be used.Bucket:
Pour 30-60ml into a bucket then fill with 10 litres of
warm water (preferably from a fast running tap), mix
well. Apply using noodle wash mitt, sponge or
similar. Rinse with clean water. Dry with a
microfibre cloth or similar. Please note, this is not a
high foaming bucket wash.Trigger spray:
Add 30ml to trigger bottle and top up to 1 litre with
(preferably demineralised/deionised) water. Shake
well. Trigger apply liberally, panel by panel, then
thoroughly rinse with pressure washer or hose. Dry
with microfibre towel or air blower.Car must not be allowed to air dry as water spotting
may occur.
4) SURFEX-HD (Multi Purpose Cleaner)

With increasing restrictions on the use of solvent-containing degreasers and cleaners safer, water-based materials have been developed.
However, it has been difficult to match the performance of the solvent-containing systems and increasing environmental restrictions on the ranges of acceptable water-based actives and have further tested the formulators’ ability.
Surfex-HD provides performance levels that match and even exceed solvent systems, while meeting the latest standards of biodegradability.
Surfex-HD attacks all oil and grease based soiling, but unlike solvent based cleaners will additionally and effortlessly clean organic, or water deposited grime.
Surfex-HD can be adjusted in strength to suit the level of soil, remaining active at levels of just 1 part to 200 in water for light work, or used neat for extreme duty work.
Surfex-HD is recommended for all arduous automotive, commercial and domestic cleaning duties.
It can be used on exterior and interior surfaces, paint, alloy wheels, tyres, fabric, carpets and most surfaces. Spot tests are always advisable.
Surfex-HD can be sprayed, brushed or applied using pressure washer equipment.
A Comparison
Surfex-HD contains zero VOCs, is biodegradable, non-toxic and pleasant to use, yet its ability to remove grease and oil based contamination exceeds many well-known solvent-based degreasers.
Using water-based degreasers allows the adjustment of strength to suit the job. Surfex-HD can be added to water at just 0.5% to form an effective cleaner for light application and increased in strength to neat if required for heavy industrial applications.

Surfex-HD is used on cool surfaces diluted from 1 part in 100 for light cleaning or use neat for maximum grease and oil removal.
Saturate greasy surfaces leave for a few moments.
Agitate heavy soil with stiff bristled brush.
Rinse surface with clean water.
Always spot test before use.
5) TOUCH-ON (Crystalline Hydrophobic Paint Treatment)

Thoroughly wash vehicle with hot soapy water using only salt-free automotive shampoos. Do not use wash and wax products. Dry vehicle using chamois leather or synthetic equivalent.
Double Speed-Wax is not an abrasive polish, if your paintwork is faded, feels rough or has not been polished for a long period it will be necessary to use an abrasive polish and/or paint clay before application. Once prepared in this way regular application of Double Speed-Wax will maintain a high gloss finish without the need for further use of abrasive polishes.
Work on shaded cool panels. Dampen the sponge applicator provided and wring out as much as possible before use. Using the sponge applicator apply in light circular motions extremely sparingly and allow to dull for approx 5-10 minutes.
Buff to a high shine using the blue microfibre cloth provided turning frequently.
Occasionally under certain humid application conditions, the applied film may bloom after initial application and buffing.
The bloom will disappear once the film is fully cured, or it can be removed immediately with a wipe down / buff with a slightly damp buffing cloth.
This is a characteristic of the T1 carnauba wax used in the manufacture of this product.
