Air-conditioning systems draw external air into the air cooling system, yet despite the existence of filters, spores, organic and inorganic matter find their way into the ducts, that combine to supply treated air to the passenger compartments.
Due to the rapid cooling that occurs when the air-conditioning is employed, condensation forms on the interior surfaces of the air distribution system, providing a damp environment that can contribute to unpleasant odours within the vehicle.
This simple to use, one shot aerosol requires no additional equipment. The dispensed product effectively neutralises odour causing substances. The inside of air-conditioning systems and vehicle interiors are left with a fresh citrus like aroma.
Recommended: retreat the vehicle every six months to one year.

Atom-Mac is a migratory and contact corrosion inhibitor that is diluted in deionised or distilled water before use. It provides protection against corrosion in both open spaces and hollow voids. The powerful migratory phase corrosion inhibitors are liberated from the product and are carried in vapour phase to form an invisible atomic shield against corrosion of ferrous metal.

There is absolutely no point in using expensive waxes and sealants striving to achieve a perfect finish if you don’t get the basics right at the outset. Most swirls and paint imperfections have to be addressed later on in the process because of poor detailing preparation and the effects of Foreign Object Damage (FOD) on paint (such as ‘own goal’ damage from grit and grime) having to be removed. However careful we all might strive to be, sometimes we make mistakes and damage happens. So it makes sense to be as methodical and as careful as we can be, from the very first stages of the cleaning process, not just at the end.Auto-Foam is the result of extensive in-house research and development. Auto-Foam will reduce even further the possibility of damage to paintwork by presenting you with beautifully clear FOD free paint, ready for subsequent detailing.
Auto-Foam is a new generation premium quality, foaming water-based pre-wash treatment, designed to soak and saturate soiled vehicle paintwork prior to the application of vehicle shampoo and paint food. Auto-Foam is gentle too, and is for use with all pressure washer foam lances. Applied at a typical PIR (Panel Impact Ratio) of 4%, Auto-Foam will panel-dwell for typically five minutes. Auto-Foam is formulated specifically to offer maximum wetting and it rinses easily too. It is not designed as a superficial high foam product, but as a functional material.
Auto-Foam is made with biodegradable compounds, is extraordinarily tough on soil and grime, yet harmless to paint. The non-caustic formulation ensures that even regular use will not attack paint binders. Our hard-working surfactants will attack and penetrate the hardest of road dirt and grime, without the need for manual intervention.
During the panel-dwell period, Auto-Foam’s bubbles will systematically burst and move, encouraging our soaking and cleansing agents to start working. The effects of road grime are neutralised by them, by being bonded within our blend of surfactants, and then lifted from painted surfaces and physically removed, minimising harm caused by swirling and marking during subsequent detailing.
When Auto-Foam’s work has been done, it may be washed off in a conventional manner, leaving a well presented automotive surface ready for further treatments.
For excessively soiled surfaces, simply increase PIR and/or number of applications.

Auto-Wash is a new technology, highly powerful, environmentally friendly car shampoo, formulated to allow you to effortlessly and effectively clean your paintwork before waxing.
Auto-Wash is anti-corrosive and suitable for bare steel also, ideal for owners of older vehicles which may have stone chips or exposed areas of mild steel. This is also an advantage in modern cars where the entrapment of corrosive elements carried by some detergents in folded seams accelerates the corrosion.
Auto-Wash is very highly-concentrated, meaning that much less solution is needed to add to the water. Not only do you save money, but the added benefit of this is simple – there is less matter to remove from your paintwork prior to polishing.
Auto-Wash will chamois off with ease to leave a perfectly clean body, ready for further treatment. In fact, a single shampoo can be carried out with just a single teaspoon of auto-wash, meaning one wash will cost you around 16p!
Auto-Wash uses powerful surfactants to create a high foam level. This simply means that particulate matter is lifted away from the paint, where it can be safely removed with reduced risk of scratching or damage to your car’s paintwork.
AUTO-WHEEL
pH adjusted reactive wheel cleaner for alloy, aluminium and steel wheels.

Auto-Wheel is a non-acid, non-alkaline alloy wheel cleaner, and in most cases, no agitation is required.
In most cases, steel and alloy wheels are either lacquered or painted. These coatings protect the metallic surface from corrosion and provide attractive finishes to automotive road wheels.
As vehicles brake, the dust generated from pads, discs and drums is at elevated temperatures. Amongst this hot cloud are thousands of hot metallic particles. These bombard the wheel’s finish and effectively embed themselves there. Once lodged these particles are extremely difficult to remove.
Acid-based alloy wheel cleaners attack the metal particles effectively, reducing their size and allowing the particles and clinging dirt to escape. Caustic alloy cleaners are less effective than acid ones on brake dust, but can attack organic coatings such as lacquers and paints on short exposure. They attack any organic matter accumulated around the embedded particles and produce a seemingly clean surface, however with continued use they will dull and diminish the coating, leaving a wheel surface that needs refinishing.
The more effective and safe to use Auto-Wheel works in an entirely different way, and has proved itself by winning yearly independent tests conducted by the UK’s biggest selling automotive magazine! Auto-Wheel’s formulation reacts with the oxidising surface of the metallic particles, rendering it water-soluble. The rapid removal of this microscopically rusted surface reduces the embedded particle size and releases the particles from the surface. Unlike acid-based alloy wheel cleaners, this method is harmless to the wheel’s finish. The reaction can be observed by a rapid colour change from clear to deep red. After a simple hose, rinse down or jetwash, it leaves the wheel spotless. In severe cases, the included wheel brush can be used to assist the process.

Cleanser-Fluid is a unique product exclusively from Bilt-Hamber Laboratories. It provides the deepest non-abrasive cleaning for the paint surface before the application of waxes and sealers.

FERROSOL
Water displacing multi-purpose lubricant which is 3.5 times more effective than the well-known market leader.

Ferrosol is a high-quality lubricant designed to penetrate close tolerances, free rusted together parts, displace water, restore electrical circuits and provide corrosion protection. Ferrosol contains unique molecules which, when subject to friction, bond electrochemically to metal surfaces, providing an effective barrier to wear. Independent laboratory tests confirm Ferrosol’s ability to massively outperform competing products.
So significant is Ferrosol’s anti-wear ability that the product is ideal for use in drilling, tapping and reaming to prolong tool life.
Ferrosol proves invaluable in applications where its extreme pressure capabilities and low surface tension allow it to penetrate and lubricate otherwise difficult to reach moving parts. As an example, injection mould ejector pins will show a great resistance to wear and binding when lubricated with Ferrosol, thus reducing expensive downtime.
Ferrosol provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion to hundreds of moving parts in automobiles and other vehicles.
Heavy industrial uses such a winches, chains and load bearing pivots and unions can be lubricated easily with Ferrosol; these high stress applications are historically deemed inappropriate for other penetrative lubricants. Ferrosol will continue to lubricate even when the visible oil film has gone.

Industrial solvent-free hand cleaner
Heavy-Duty CITRUS, a heavy duty hand cleaning gel, based on naturally derived cleansing agents, further enhanced by the use of mild polybead abrasive and emollients.
Most traditional hand cleaners, whilst removing the dirt and grime as required, also remove natural oils in the skin. This can lead to skin cracking in cold weather, but also more serious conditions like dermatitis.
The emollients in Heavy-Duty CITRUS are designed specifically to overcome this problem. Some other hand cleansers have quite a strong and sometimes unpleasant odour, whilst this product has a very pleasant citrus scent, as you may have guessed.
It quickly removes dirt and eliminates grease. It also removes dyes, inks and paint.
KORROSOL
Korrosol is a fallout remover which clears metallic particles from paints and lacquers.

Korrosol Fallout Remover
A controlled pH non-alkaline fallout remover for the safe and effective removal of embedded metallic particles that contaminate the vast majority of road going vehicles.
You may not have noticed by looking at your paintwork, but next time it’s washed and clean lightly feel the paintwork, especially the horizontal panels; bonnet, boot lid, roof, etc. Very gently with finger tip touch you’ll be able to feel a rough grittiness. You may well think this is dust landed from the air – it’s not. Airborne metallic particles liberated by braking surfaces, such as pads and discs fill the air along our roads. When the car in front of you brakes, your car travels through these hot metalic particles and they are left embedded in your paintwork.
How these particles destroy paint films
Here they react with rainwater or air moisture and begin to corrode. The corrosion product (rust) occupies four times the space of iron, and the paint is slowly ruptured around the embedded particle. This action destroys both the aesthetic and protective qualities of the vehicle finish.
Fast and effective… simply wash away
While harsh acids such as phosphoric and oxalic acids maybe used with good effect to remove the contamination, these acids do not discriminate between corrosion and good steel, not even paint films themselves, so while the particle is removed and base metals or coatings can also be attacked.
Korrosol’s effective formula is simply sprayed onto the contaminated panel. A rapid and dramatic colour change takes place which indicates that the corroded part is water soluble after which a rinse with water leaves the panel free of metallic embedment.
Korrosol is safe to use on all auto body paint finishes including lacquers.
RE-VIEW

RE-VIEW is a powerful active polish, it effectively strips any glass contaminating films, water repellent coatings, hard water marks and mineral staining. Unlike other glass polishes RE-VIEW will remove these films even when used by hand. Machine use is also possible.

Multi Purpose Cleaner and Degreaser (APC)
With increasing restrictions on the use of solvent-containing degreasers and cleaners safer, water-based materials have been developed.
However, it has been difficult to match the performance of the solvent-containing systems and increasing environmental restrictions on the ranges of acceptable water-based actives and have further tested the formulators’ ability.
Surfex-HD provides performance levels that match and even exceed solvent systems, while meeting the latest standards of biodegradability.
Surfex-HD attacks all oil and grease based soiling, but unlike solvent based cleaners will additionally and effortlessly clean organic, or water deposited grime.
Surfex-HD can be adjusted in strength to suit the level of soil, remaining active at levels of just 1 part to 200 in water for light work, or used neat for extreme duty work.
Surfex-HD is recommended for all arduous automotive, commercial and domestic cleaning duties.
It can be used on exterior and interior surfaces, paint, alloy wheels, tyres, fabric, carpets and most surfaces. Spot tests are always advisable.
Surfex-HD can be sprayed, brushed or applied using pressure washer equipment.
A Comparison
Surfex-HD contains zero VOCs, is biodegradable, non-toxic and pleasant to use, yet its ability to remove grease and oil based contamination exceeds many well-known solvent-based degreasers.
Using water-based degreasers allows the adjustment of strength to suit the job. Surfex-HD can be added to water at just 0.5% to form an effective cleaner for light application and increased in strength to neat if required for heavy industrial applications.
TOUCH-LESS

Applied at between 0.5% – 2% PIR this bio-degradable sugar-based product provides truly exceptional levels of cleaning of automotive paintwork. Unlike other petrochemical-based cleaners TOUCH-LESS is free-and-easy rinsing, easing the effort of subsequent bucket washes and massively helping post-treatments bond too. TRACE-LESS
Super wetting glass cleaner

Traditionally formulated glass cleaners contain non-evaporating surfactants and soaps (that wet and clean) plus glycols, perfumes and dyes. During cleaning these can be left behind causing stubborn streaking and smearing.
Bilt-Hamber Laboratories use unique super-wetting, 100% evaporating surfactants to produce TRACE-LESS. These special surfactants leave no such residue. Unlike competing products that run quickly from vertical surfaces, TRACE-LESS instantly wets glass surfaces ensuring uniform application and minimal product run off.
The powerful, non-abrasive cleaners tackle greasy and dry particulate dirt more effectively than competing products. TRACE-LESS does not leave a hydrophobic coating and will not damage or remove quality glass sealants or rain repellents.
Use on interior and exterior glass. Only use clean lint-free cloths free of detergents and fabric conditioners – these will cause smearing.
